Google is opening early access to Gemini 3 through a global online hackathon with $100,000 in total cash prizes. Builders from the GCC can join, experiment with one of the most powerful AI models yet, and showcase ideas that matter for the region.

This fully online hackathon is open to developers, startups, and students across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. It is a strong opportunity to build AI products aligned with Vision 2030 goals, from smart services and Arabic AI tools to education, healthcare, and SME productivity.

What you can build
|
|
Create a brand new application using the Gemini 3 API. Any category is welcome as long as the idea is original and clearly powered by Gemini 3. This includes business tools, research assistants, automation platforms, learning apps, or robotics and IoT projects.

|
|
Early access to Gemini 3 before public release.
A level playing field with fresh builds only.
Cash prizes up to $50,000 plus visibility with global AI investors.

Submission requirements
|
|
A short project write up around 200 words.
A public link to a live demo or prototype.
A public code repository if no live demo is available.
A video walkthrough up to three minutes.

|
Grand Prize. $50,000 plus promotion and investor interview.
Second Place. $20,000 plus promotion and interview.
Third Place. $10,000.
Honorable Mentions. Ten teams receive $2,000 each.
