UAE Takes Global Lead in AI-Driven Energy Transformation

The Powering Possible 2025 report by Adnoc and Microsoft found that 88 percent of global energy and technology leaders see AI as essential to achieving energy transformation, reinforcing the UAE’s forward-looking strategy.

Adnoc’s own transformation highlights this progress, with AI systems now optimizing everything from predictive maintenance to grid operations. Its ENERGY ai platform, developed with AIQ, G42, and Microsoft, is automating complex tasks like emissions forecasting and seismic analysis. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Adnoc CEO and UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, said the energy sector has moved from exploring AI’s potential to actively delivering results, urging global collaboration to accelerate the transition.
