UAE declares AI a matter of national sovereignty

du unveils AI Park and National Hybrid AI platform
Telecom giant du launched two landmark initiatives at GITEX 2025, the AI Park in Dubai and the National Hybrid AI platform, to advance the UAE’s sovereign AI vision. The 500,000-square-meter AI Park will feature hyperscale data centers, AI research labs, and start-up incubators. Meanwhile, the National Hybrid AI platform will enable secure, scalable AI deployment for government and enterprises, strengthening the UAE’s position as a global AI hub.
